• Development of high-specification houses and apartments, set within the grounds of the Grade II listed Haseley Manor

• Nine bespoke new houses occupy the grounds

• Manor itself has been converted into 12 luxury individual one, two and three bedroom apartments

• Each property is unique and includes its own signature features

• Particularly challenging project due to the Grade II listing of the property which required an innovative approach to ventilation to meet current building regulations and not detract from the visual beauty of the building

Duties /

 

Production of detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical and public health services to RIBA Stage 4 including thermal modelling, tender return appraisal, construction phase monitoring, witnessing of commissioning of completed systems.
