Duties
Detailed design to RIBA Stage 4 for mechanical and electrical and to Stage 5 for public health building services; utilities load assessments; CIBSE TM59 overheating risk analysis; tender appraisal; construction phase monitoring including reviewing specialist sub-contractor calculations and technical submissions, site inspections, witnessing of testing and commissioning.
Site is bounded by Greengate (road) and Abito Building (with south service road) to the north, Collier Street to the west, Queen Street to the south and Gravel Lane to the east
